This will be an in-depth investigation into a known issue and follow up suggestions on how we can support the individual through their period of physical or mental ill health. It will also detail any adjustments the employer can make to facilitate an earlier and more sustainable return to work, or advise if a return to work isn’t possible or appropriate.
We’ll answer any reasonable questions for employers relating to the employee’s health and fitness for work, and provide you with a useful management report.
