The role: 

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Occupational Health Advisor to work with us in the delivery of our services.

The post will be based at our office in Northwich, Cheshire. Our core hours are 9am to 5pm and we can flex to accommodate an earlier or later start.

Reports to:

Team Leader/Occupational Health Manager

  • Two years’ experience in an occupational health setting
  • Computer literate with practical skills, all our reports typed
  • Effective organisational and time management skills


You will be undertaking case management and pre-placement assessment via telephone assessment or via our new video platform ‘Smart Clinic’.

Training will be provided for the video platform.

You are required to keep clear and accurate records, using our system, ensuring records are kept confidentially and securely at all times.

You will be asked to triage where needed with effective signposting to appropriate services.

We will expect you to contribute to the internal clinical audit process, continuously evaluating your own practice and contributing towards the practice of others.

Adherence to our KPIs at all times is key to our service delivery.
